My Website Process — from First Contact to Launch

How it usually goes

1. A friendly introduction

The most important details are what your business is all about, what you stand for, why you do it, how you do it and who’s it all for. During a deep-dive discovery session, we’ll discuss your needs and the needs of your brand, and I also get to know your goals & dreams for your business.

2. Strategy sessions

If you already have your website or are creating one from scratch, we’ll work together to streamline your vision with the result. That’s why I implement a solid strategy into every website I design to ensure it will help you thrive in the good times and support you through turbulent times.

3. Crafting your website design

I believe every brand has a great story, and your customers deserve to hear it. I’ll design a simple yet significant design that captures the truest essence of your business, led by your core business goals and what your dream audience really wants.

4. Development & delivery

This is when the design is transformed to a live website and comes to life! At this point, your website is linked to key communication & analytics platforms so you know exactly when and how to reach out to your clients once it goes live.

5. Training & support

Launching a new site can be intimidating, but I help you & your team learn how to manage your website with support after the launch. Whether you need more training or you need to update your store’s design or functionality, I’m there to support you with your growth.
