From Rookie To Racer – A Story in the Making

I am one of the few female racing drivers in Kenya, making waves in the motorsport scene. In mid-2024, I stepped into competitive racing with no prior experience—and within months, I had already competed in multiple autocross and rallycross events, securing a podium finish and driving some of the most iconic rally cars.

As I prepare for the next season, I am looking for partners to join me on this groundbreaking journey as I set my sights on bigger championships and higher competition levels.

Why Partner with Me?

Partnering with a racing driver isn’t just about branding—it’s about aligning with speed, precision, resilience, and innovation. Here’s why partnering with me is a unique opportunity:

  • One of the Few Women in Motorsport – A rare opportunity to back a female driver in a male-dominated sport.
  • Brand Visibility – Your logo on my car, suit, and helmet, plus media exposure at events.
  • Rising Star in Racing – With strong results in my first year, I’m on a fast track to bigger competitions.
  • Engaged Niche Audience – Motorsport fans, young female athletes, and performance-driven enthusiasts.
  • Marketing & Media Potential – Backers will receive high-quality content, race highlights, and brand promotions through my journey.

My Racing Journey & Achievements

🏁 Closing the Season at RX Round 3 (November 9-10, 2024)

  • Event: Betika Rallycross Round 3 / Kasarani
  • Highlight: Wrapped up my first full year in motorsport by debuting the Subaru Impreza GF8.
  • What It Proves: Growth, resilience, and commitment to developing as a driver.

This event marked the final race of my first year in motorsport—a season filled with learning, challenges, and growth. Debuting the Subaru Impreza GF8 was a proud moment, as the car had previously helped Umoja Racing secure 2nd place overall in the past season. Ending my first year with this experience reinforced my hunger to push further in 2025.

🥉 3rd Place at Betika Rallycross Round 2 (July 6-7, 2024)

  • Event: Betika Rallycross Round 2 / Kasarani
  • Achievement: Secured a podium finish despite racing with completely new cars.
  • Highlight: Adapted to two unfamiliar vehicles—Subaru Impreza GC8 and Mitsubishi Evolution 9—within an hour after my main car failed.
  • What It Proves: My ability to handle high-pressure situations, adapt quickly, and deliver results.

This race was a defining moment for me as a driver. My primary car broke down just an hour before race time, forcing me to switch to two completely different cars with no time to prepare. Motorsport is about problem-solving under pressure, and I proved that I could adapt and still deliver strong performance. With the right team and support, I know I can push even further.

🚗 Taking on Technical Challenges at Autocross Round 5 (June 15-16, 2024)

  • Event: Autocross Round 5 / Nanyuki
  • Highlight: Navigated one of the most technical and physically demanding autocross tracks in the region.
  • What It Proves: My focus, technical skill, and ability to handle unpredictable conditions.

This track pushed me to be both aggressive and precise. The course was twisty, dusty, and filled with loose banks, requiring me to strike a balance between pushing the limits and preserving the car for my teammate’s laps. Even without a podium finish, I proved my ability to handle challenging conditions, which is crucial in motorsport.

🛠️ Overcoming My First Race – Autocross Round 4 (May 18, 2024)

  • Event: Autocross Round 4 / Kasarani
  • Highlight: Competed in my first-ever autocross event just two months after relearning manual driving.
  • What It Proves: My quick learning curve, determination, and ability to progress rapidly.

Two months before this race, I was still getting comfortable with a manual transmission. By race day, I was navigating a challenging 2.1km track filled with dry sections, mud pools, and sharp turns. The adrenaline rush was unforgettable, and finishing that race fueled my drive to keep competing.
